At Precise Iron Doors, we stand behind the quality of all our products and strive for your satisfaction with every order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact one of our representatives to discuss your situation and explore how we can assist you. However, please note that we do not accept returns on any of our stock doors. All custom door sales are final and are not eligible for returns, changes, or alterations.

Return Policy Exceptions

• Stock doors that are in their original packaging and unopened can be returned, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

• A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned or exchanged doors.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Doors must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.
• The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and assumes liability for any damage incurred during transit.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
• Inventory doors that are purchased can be canceled before or after shipping, but a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are not refundable if order is shipped.
